By signing up with Soonr, the agent will be able to recognize your account and establish a secure connection. You will also be able to share with other users and be alerted of changes to items that you are tracking.

How do I interact with Soonr from my mobile phone? |

Interacting with Soonr is accomplished through the browser on your mobile phone and using the standard navigation functions of your phone. Soonr has been optimized to
make it easy to use with limited screen real estate and a wireless data connection.

Which mobile devices does Soonr support? |
 |
If you can go to a web site on your phone or other mobile device, then you can access Soonr. As Soonr continues to expand, native support for the different physical characteristics of your device will be updated. In most cases, you'll just notice that things look better.

Is Soonr secure? |
 |
Yes. Access to computers is managed through the Soonr service, which establishes an 128-bit encrypted connection with the computer. You control what folders are setup for remote access and any access can be further protected by a unique password. Finally, access to computers is controlled by you and is limited to viewing, which eliminates the threat of computer viruses. |

How can I login from my mobile phone? |

There are two ways to login. First, visit www.soonr.com using your phone's browser. Second, click the link in the SMS message sent to your phone at the end of the Soonr installation. Once you've visited the Soonr home page create a bookmark to easily return to Soonr.

How do I manage my settings? |
 |
To update your account settings:
- Visit www.soonr.com on your computer's browser
- Login to Soonr account
- Click the My Account tab
- Click the Edit button
- Make the necessary changes
- Click the Update button
If you would like to review or change your Soonr Software settings, including defining folders to share, adding password protection, etc., you can do so from the Desktop Agent. On a Windows compuer, double-click the Soonr icon in the system tray; on a Macintosh, click the Soonr icon and select Preferences. |

How can I share information with other users? |
 |
Login to Soonr on your phone, as you browse to various folders, you will see a [share] command on the top of the page. Simply click it, and then specify who to share it with. If the user is on Soonr simply type their user-name, otherwise if you are not sure, type their email address to let Soonr set up access for them.

How does Soonr's print feature work? |
 |
Soonr's unique print feature gives you the ability to print any file, from anywhere, to anywhere, using either your mobile phone or a remote computer. So, you can print any document, regardless of its file type, to a remote printer, whether the document is one you've created, one that's been emailed to you, or one that's been shared with you.

How do I view email and contacts? |

You can view inbox and contacts from both mobile phone and web.
- Point your mobile phone browser to www.soonr.com and log in or you may log in from the web
- Click on Email link
- Select the computer from which you want to see schedule, inbox, and contacts

What do you mean by sharing a printer? |
 |
Soonr's unique print featue allows you to share your printer giving others the ability to print directly to that printer. For example, you and your co-workers can share your respective printers with each other and print documents directly to each others' printers.

How do I back-up my files? |
 |
During the initial setup of your desktop software, you will be asked to select a folder to be made available for backup and access. As soon as you complete the software setup, your selected folder will automatically begin backing up your files to your online storage. Folders that have been backed up will be colored orange in the website. If you later select to back up other folders, these folders will also be automatically backed up. Any changes you make to files in these folders will be backed up as well.

Can I access my backed up files from any computer or mobile phone? |

Yes. You can access your backed up files from any Internet connected computer or mobile device. Just log on to Soonr. From your mobile phone's browser or a remote computer, go to http://www.soonr.com Select the File link to view your files.

What if I lost a file. Can I restore it back to my computer or mobile phone? |
 |
Yes, with Soonr your files are always safe. Restoring those files back to your computer or mobile phone is quick and easy. Just navigate to the file that is backed up and you will see a restore link. Simply click on that restore link and you are all set!

Can I add more folders to backup? |
 |
Yes, just follow these steps:
Windows:
- Double-click the Soonr icon and then click the Settings button
- Select the Backup tab
- Click Add, select the folder, and then click OK
- Click OK again
Macintosh
- Select the Backup tab
- Add folders to share by clicking the plus sign, selecting the folder, and clicking Choose

I never received the SMS message? |

If necessary, you can resend the SMS by visiting the My Accounts page and clicking the Send SMS link button.

Why do I get an error on my phone when I try to log in? |
 |
If http://www.soonr.com doesn't work on your phone try https://www.soonr.com/mobile.

The Soonr icon isn't green? |
 |
This means that the Soonr Software isn't successfully connecting to our service. When you log in on your phone you will not be able to access your computer until it is connected.

I can't click on the link from my mobile phone browser?

Certain phones cannot receive links so you have to manually type in the URL: www.soonr.com. However most phones should give you the option to save the link first, then you can go to the link and login from there. |
