Wherever You Go, So Goes Your Organizer |
 |
Now, any phone can be a smartphone! Connect to Outlook or Mac Mail on your desktop without synchronization. Get the information you need, when you need it.
- Check your Outlook or Mac Mail inbox while you’re away
- Respond to emails
- Get fast access to ALL your Outlook contacts or Mac Addresses
- Check or share your Outlook calendar remotely

 |
Here’s How It Works |
 |
- Install the SoonR software on your desktop PC or Mac.
- Launch Microsoft Outlook or Mac Mail.
- Run the SoonR software. In Preferences, under the Organizer section, check the box to “Enable retrieval of content from Microsoft Outlook” if you are using a PC, or "Enable retrieval of content from Mail and Address Book" if you are using a Mac. (If this box were not checked before you launch the SoonR software, you must disconnect and connect again so SoonR will know to integrate your Organizer content.)
- Keep your computer running while you’re out and about.
- Then from your mobile phone, you need only log in to your SoonR account and instantly, you’ll see your inbox and contacts and, for PCs only, your calendar. Take it all with you when you go. It’s that easy.

Requirements |
 |
You don’t need a special phone. If your phone has a data plan and an internet browser, your phone can connect via SoonR Organizer. There’s no software to install on your phone. All you need are these requirements:
- SoonR client installed and launched on your computer
- Your computer is turned on and connected to the internet
- Outlook is running on your PC, or Mac Mail is running on your Mac
- A mobile phone with a data plan
