Soonr Secures $4.5 Million in Venture Capital Funding to Expand Cloud Service Platform

Campbell, CA — June 10, 2010 — Soonr Inc., the leading provider of cloud applications for continuous protection and synchronization of critical files, mobile productivity, and collaboration, announced today that the company has secured an additional $4.5 million of financing from existing investors and HighBAR Ventures, an early stage and structured venture capital firm. The new funding will be used to grow sales, marketing and partnership efforts and to accelerate the company's continued expansion into new markets.
