As a graphic designer, most of Cloyce Wall’s work, including his photography, is captured in his files. He uses Soonr for backup and archiving. Once files are backed up, he can also easily provide access to past projects for his clients.
How Soonr Works for Cloyce
Cloyce discovered Soonr while working on an assignment for a well-known publishing house in California. He creates design templates and graphic elements to be used by non-designers to create proposals and sales documents. “Prior to using Soonr, I would deliver templates and art work via email or mail out CDs with FedEx. Email was quick, but with large files, I often overloaded my clients' email system. Then I would resort to FedEx, which was expensive” says Cloyce.
The Future
Now with Soonr, Cloyce uses the public link feature to allow certain people the ability to view and download templates, while keeping the originals intact. It also insures that there is only one place that a user needs to go to get the most up-to-date and approved design. The combination of ‘Projects’ and guest accounts has proven to be great because with the commenting tool Cloyce can collaborate with his clients, and they can provide input in one place...instead of opening PDFs and sending separate emails. ‘I like it that the system automatically emails me when there is comment for me to address’.

Companies small and large, across a range of industries around the world use Soonr to improve productivity and enhance collaboration.
